Linux v2.2.16pre2, with aicxxx 5.1.29 patch get data overrun for WD drive.

Hi Doug,
     I've compiled linux 2.2.16pre2 with the aicxxx scsi patch v5.1.29
and I am still getting the scsi data overrun error on bootup for my
Western Digital 9Gig drive. System is Dell optiplex gx1 333mhz with
2940U2W controller. See dmesg below
