PATCH for drivers/net/pcnet32.c to use pci_alloc_consistent

Attached is a patch to the drivers/net/pcner32.c Ethernet driver. This
patch upgrades the driver to use pci_alloc_consistent which allows the
driver to work on the ARM architecture. I have also tested the new patch on
the i86 architecture. This patch was sent to tsbogend@alpha.franken.de, whom
I believe is the driver maintainer, without any response about a week ago.
Please apply this patch to the driver in the kernel.

Thank you,

--George
