hi,

i got some oops last time.
it happens with kernel 2.2.14. suse linux 6.4
my config :
supermicro p6dgs board w/ adaptec-dual-uw-scsi, 1 proc. installed, pIII/600
coppermine
2x intel etherexpress 100
3 x ibm uw-hd 9 gb
im running raid5, reiserfs.

it happens when the machine has to handle lots of data (copying, backup etc..)
it also happens with raid, reiser etc. removed from the kernel, only copying a
cd to hd (ext2-fs to be sure its not reiser making trouble....)

sometimes the machine crashes completely, sometimes its still accessible..
one other interresting thing is /proc/meminfo :
