Hi Phil !

Ok, I've tested your simple program and it hanged my notebook :-(

kmsgdump really has problems. I know most of them come from the
rewriting of page0, but I could change some very little things
which now let it work on at least 10 PC I've tested it on (6 K6,
2 PPros, 1 Pentium and 1 486). On the 6 k6, there are 4 Aladdin
chipsets, others unknown).

Please try the attached patch and tell me if it's better.
If this is the case, then I'll release the 0.4.2 to correct
this, waiting for the 0.5.0 to be ready.
