it broke, was fixed, and now has a few minor glitches to iron out. It's
actually fully functional and up on the web already at a new URL, but we
don't broadcast the new one because the remaining problems make Kernel
Journal more difficult to QA before making new announcements live. I'll make
an announcement when those last bits have been fixed.
