For a while there was something called "Kernel Journal" which tracked
the list for announcements and collected the links. Zack Brown did it,
the guy behind "Kernel Traffic".

It doesn't seem to exist anymore, though. Zack, what happened to it?
Everybody thought it was a most excellent resource!
