Looks like hardware trouble. This sort of single-bit-out-in-a-register
error happens often if you have bad memory or a bad CPU. The fact that
it happens only when you start stressing the CPU by running seti is a
good hint that that's what is wrong. Try reseating your memory and
check that the CPU fan is still working.
