Sure, submit it on <http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/> if it's a Red
Hat specific bug. If it's a general NFS problem, there's a sourceforge
page for NFS development at nfs.sourceforge.net, and a bug-tracking
page for that at <http://sourceforge.net/bugs/?group_id=14>.
