Yes!! It occurs with XFree86-4.0 and 2.3.99-pre-x kernels

Here's the contents of(Slack7) /var/log/XFree86.0.log

Removing /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Speedo/ from the valid list of
fontpaths
XFree86-Bigfont extension: shmget() failed, size = 4096, errno = 22
XFree86-Bigfont extension: shmget() failed, size = 4096, errno = 22
XFree86-Bigfont extension: shmget() failed, size = 4096, errno = 22
XFree86-Bigfont extension: shmget() failed, size = 4096, errno = 22

The exact same error as in FreeBSD before the above mentioned fixes were
applied. (other unices as well)
I'm very surprised nobody has reported it.
