Furthermore, It would be even harder to believe that they would have a
bunch of propritary parts in the result to charge royalties without having
kernel mods.

Speaking of kernel mods, has anyone taken a look at the beta checkpoint
for Linux?

They don't need to patch the kernel, so I guess it's okay with Linuses
broken version of the GPL....

How do you check if they are including kernel headers?
