copy_thread() needs to return a val

Subject says it.

In adding the sig stack info in i386 copy_thread() I need to
return error code, but currently it is void. This is probably
a good idea anyway. This needs to be coordinated with the other
ports since they all are void as well.

I will provide it in the next sig-stack patch for all ports if there
is no response.
