I have been having a little nosey around the fs/ directory... and it
struck me that out of the four binfmt's, three were modularisable.
Why binfmt_script.c wasn't I wasn't sure, so I had a look at the code,
and from my inexperienced view, I got the impression it could be
modularised, but a config option had been forgotten in the config script.
Comments?
Also, fs/ChangeLog probably serves no function now and could be removed.
