I have this strange problem here. I have ircd runnin on a system, with
1.3.98 kernel. I can access the irc via any system, but the one ircd is
running one. When I do try to access irc, it comes back with a connection
ping timout. Can anyone shed some light on this? All the ports are
configured, I can access them outside the server. I can ping the server
just fine. Any suggestions or comments out be apprectiated, i'm a bit
stumped here.
