1.3.99 oops

Running ppp server with Kernel 1.3.99 kills it..
Maybe the patches made to arp-code failed somehow..
It seems that the 'proxyarp' command kills the system.
I have another 100k of logfile if somebody want it..

BTW.. Why is this list so SLOW? Today I recieve messages 5 days
old. Anything sent to the list takes 3-4 days to come thru.
Is it because of dingbats (like me) are sending dumb 'linux-logo' and
'kerneld is useless' messages or is the server just overworked ?

I'm just asking because this particular bug is propably fixed before
this message clears the list-server...
