When I wrote my reply to Graham I thought to myself "Ok, the only
possibility left is that the file is generated automatically and fo
r some reason that failed on my system but that is unlikely and,
after all, I must leave some window for people to flame me and...
it seems to be the case" :) Nobody flamed me though, that is good.
