Arrgh! List is being re-mailed

I've been getting MULTIPLE COPIES of some messages.
The source of the problem seems to be linux-kernel
repeaters echoing back to the list.

I've just located one offender I think: a message I
sent to _ONLY_ the list came back to me twice. First msg
was the one I sent, second one had a USENET To: and Path:

Who should I report this to? This is getting silly, as I've gotten
as many as 6 copies of the one message in the past.
