Kernel Ooops with test9-pre9

Hi there!

I get kernel oops with test9-pre9 as soon as I start X, which is
running perfectly with test7.

When I start X as root I get strange X messages, when I start X as
user then I get kernel ooops.

I attach the ouput of the X server when started by root as X-errors
and the kernel oops as messages. I also attach a BugReport for
the XFree people.

If you wonder: There are some problems with file, it is a font
file which is somehow lost in reiserfs by some of the strange
reboots I experienced.

FYI:
Hardware: MoBo Asus P5A-B ALi chipset, AMD K6-II 333, nidia geforce256
        promise ultraata100, 3com nic, sb 1024 player (emu10k1)
        usb mouse
Software: kernel test9-pre9, modutils 2.3.14, XFree 4.0.1 nv-driver
(with the nvidia (binary) driver I get reboots with kernel>test7)
