Grrr: qnx4_fs.h breaks kernel compile

Hi, all. include/linux/qnx4_fs.h does not compile because qnx4_off_t
and other types are not defined.

You don't even need to configure QNX for your kernel compile to break:
fs/filesystems.c includes qnx4_fs.h.
