I have problem ,my new kernel is not booting i don't why
DESCRIPTION:
in lilo.conf

..
..
image=/boot/vmlinuz-2.2.5
lable=linux
root=/dev/hda
read-only
image=/usr/src/linux-2.2.10/arch/i386/boot/bzImage
lable=new
root=/dev/hda
read-only
***************************************
when i say new in the lilo prompt(LILO:) my new kernel start booting
and suddenly stops after some cpu initialisation stuffs and says
--------- IN SWAPPER TASK - NOT SYNCING ---------------------
means what i don't what to do .
please help me what to do. I am using redhat6.0(ker-2.2.5) i want work
on ker-2.2.10 ( i want both the verions in my RH6.0) so i manipulate lilo
but is not working.
