Kernel Oops report

1. Unable to handle NULL pointer dereference at virtual address 00000004

2. This Oops happens occasionally, at least once a week, when I exit from
applications. I cannot reproduce it and can't find any specific
offending application - sometimes it happens when I exit from Midnight
Commander, sometimes when I simply disconnect from the Internet.

3. Kernel

4. Linux version 2.2.13 (root@Localhost) (gcc version egcs-2.91.66 19990314
(egcs-1.1.2 release)) #1 Fri Nov 19 19:10:22 GMT 1999

5. ksymoops 0.7c on i686 2.2.13. Options used
-V (default)
-k /proc/ksyms (default)
-l /proc/modules (default)
-o /lib/modules/2.2.13/ (default)
-m /usr/src/linux/System.map (default)

Warning: You did not tell me where to find symbol information. I will
assume that the log matches the kernel and modules that are running
right now and I'll use the default options above for symbol resolution.
If the current kernel and/or modules do not match the log, you can get
more accurate output by telling me the kernel version and where to find
map, modules, ksyms etc. ksymoops -h explains the options.

No modules in ksyms, skipping objects
No ksyms, skipping lsmod
Warning (merge_maps): no symbols in merged map
