Don't know about that one. It looks old though. You can find a statd
as part of the knfs-utils (now nfs-utils) dist. You can get it from
ftp://ftp.linuxnfs.sourceforge.org/pub/nfs/

(If you are on Debian it's in the nfs-common package).
