pci ints, kernel series 2.0 vs 2.2, 2.3

I have the following problem with my notebook Mitac 6031.
With linux kernel 2.0.x everythink is working fine.
The pcmcia bridge gets interrupts allocated.
On the newer kernels 2.2.x and 2.3.x the bridge doesn't get an pci int..
If compiled kernels with all three posibilties for PCI setting.
No difference at all.

lspci -b -vv shows IRQ 10 for the cardbus-bridge,

If I load the pcmcia modules the system hangs.

How can I fix this. Hope someone can help me.

bye
