FYI: a 2.2.13 ikd is on the ftp site since some week.

Mots things are just been fixed properly. For example shrink_mmap now has
a reduced complexity thanks to the LRU-cache and the si_meminfo runs in
O(1) instead of in O(number_of_phys_pages) etc...
