2.3.29 fail "make -j bzImage" test

Make -j bzImage hangs machine with 100% consistency.
I have drop back to 2.3.25 which passes the same test without problem.
On the positive note, 2.3.29 works well with the latest netfilter
Will forward my .config file if anyone is interested.
