The fix is quite simple, simply delete the '_0' on FIX_IO_APIC_BASE for
both of these files (smp.c and io_apic.c in arch/i386/kernel) and build.
Thinking maybe it was just me, I dowmloaded 2.2.14pre7 and patched a clean
copy of our 2.2.13 kernel. The same problem is there.
