This is an update to Chris Noe i386 boot code
There are many changes, (some are not useful ...)
Changes:
--------
All assembler files have C comment (no need -traditionnal)
Some strings have been changed
tools/build.c has been updated to support more options, be more user friendly
Added svga.h and some define for SVGA detection
Update compressed/head.S
Change some string in compressed/misc.c
Added a ld script for piggy.o
Updated all Makefiles
Install script (support for System.map)
Select destination device for zdisk target (make FLOPPY=<device> zdisk)
It corrects the problem with zdisk ...
