problem with kswapd

Hi,
I have been having problems with kswapd function. The symptoms:
After 2-3 days of operation the status of kswapd process changes to Z (zombie).
At the same time, the following message apears in the system log:

I have been seing the same bahaviour wtih kernel 2.2.12 (pre-build from RedHat 6.1
distribution and custom build - no difference) and kernel 2.2.13.

Can anybody help???
