Re: No boot woes continue 2.3.23-24

I've experienced trouble on 2 machines with not being able to boot
recent 2.3 kernels as well. The fix was to unset
CONFIG_PCI_BIOS, i.e. change the "any" or "bios" option to "direct" when
using make xconfig.
