Hi,

with kernel 2.3.23-4 the sound driver (sb for ESS1868) keeps
saying:

sound: Got invalid address 0xc3410000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc33f0000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc33d0000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc33b0000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc33a0000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc3370000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc3350000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc3330000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc3310000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc3300000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc32e0000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc32c0000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc32a0000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc3280000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc3260000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc3240000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc3220000 for 65536b DMA-buffer
sound: Got invalid address 0xc3200000 for 65536b DMA-buffer

every time I try to play a mp3.

and I did watch -n 0 free and saw the memory usage increase rapidly
(watch -n 0 free was the only command on an idle system)
