Oh, definitely.

I read it as: 'Linux/IA64 will run Monterey/IA64 binaries'. Which is likely to
be a fairly simple task, given the number of other personalities we already
support.

Although, strictly speaking, the developers are already running IA64 binaries
on IA32 when they run it in the the simulator.
