Sure it does, the MS Outlook rules wizard does a fine job of filtering. It
will let you match based on from, to, cc, your own headers, content, etc.

If memory serves, for MS Outlook 2000/98, you go to tools/rules wizard, click
new, select move messages from someone, click next, select with specific words
in the message header or whatever and fill in the field (sender: owner-blah or
whatever), click next a few dozen times and then hit finish. MS Outlook 97
requires you download the rules wizard as an addon (help/ms on the web/free
stuff).

I use Netscape mail now which works fine as well under Linux and Windows.
