Err, pass. Somewhere in the depths of the ftp.*.kernel.org, there are things
like libcap-1.92, which has man pages for the functions it provides. I'm
afraid I can't recall /where/ it is (and I'm offline ATM); look for a directory
called "linux-privs"..
