Oops in 2.2.12-pre7

We have a AMI MegaRum 4xPII/450/Xeon SMP, 2GB RAM, MegaRaid SCSI machine
which often just locks up. I managed to copy an oops from the console
by hand today, see below.

The machine was running 2.2.12-pre7, I've booted 2.2.13pre8 now.

Decoded ksymoops might be taken with a grain of salt as it was
copied by hand.

Does anyone have a clue as to what caused this?

beast% ./ksymoops -v /usr/src/linux-2.2.12-pre7/vmlinux -K -L -o /lib/modules/2.2.12 -m /boot/System.map-2.2.12 oops.txt
