1.] 2.2.11 kernel with tcpfixes crashes every few days on DELL WS 400 or 200

2.] Machine locks up every few days, sometimes with no output sometimes with
an oops on the vga console (only). Machine must be reset.

3.] networking bug? Always seems to be skbuff related

4.] Linux version 2.2.11 (root@easter.dcs.gla.ac.uk) (gcc version egcs-2.91.66
19990314/Linux (egcs-1.1.2 release)) #4 SMP Tue Aug 24 10:20:17 BST 1999
