Odd intermittent PPP error

Greetings. Does anyone know the nature of this PPP error. In the two
cases that I know of it occurring, it is only happening in the case of
dynamic IP's. The two cases differ largely in hardware, OS version, and
distribution. Any information would be appreciated.
