1. Oops from kernel nfsd

2. kernel nfs deamon reference to NULL point and stop nfs service. This
happen for every 5~15 days.

This NFS server serve 10 SunOS boxes, 5 Solars 2.6 boxes and
3 X86/RedHat 6.0.

Now, I am tring to turn off SMP support and start up only one NFSD.
Hope this can keeping my server alive more then 15 days.
