I see this as well on my machine with dual via-rhine (dlink) cards. One
card doesn't even have a cable pluggined in however.

My network here is very noisy, but non of the other linux boxes with
tulips or ne2k's print anything at all like this. The kernel is 2.2.9
This machine is totally idle, I can futz with it however.
