make checkconfig: Arg list too long

Hi,

There seems to be a pending problem with 'make checkconfig' in that very
soon it will start complaining with 'arg list too long'. Currently,
with 2.3.12, it seems to be ok so long as the kernel source is in
/usr/src/linux, but if you add about 8 more characters onto the path
to the tree, then you will get this error.

It would seem sensible to run the output of find through sed to remove
the initial path, since checkconfig.pl will be running from $(TOPDIR).
This would remove this problem. Here is a patch to do this:

--- /mnt/src/kernel-sources/orig/v2.3/linux/Makefile Mon Aug 2 10:46:51 1999
+++ /usr/src/v2.3/linux/Makefile Sun Aug 8 11:01:18 1999
