It has already been plugged, but pinfo
(http://zeus.polsl.gliwice.pl/~pborys/) can speak both man and info
in a friendly lynx-style.
I'm sure that it must have been written solely so that those of us
who don't like emacs could finally read the gcc and glibc documentation.
