That fixes it, but I'm worried about cache utilization. (Yes, I know, I
should get something that works and then optimize it.) Any clues on why,
even after changing the offsets in arch/i386/kernel/entry.S, the kernel
would still fail to boot (can't exec my init program from init/main.c)
