I don't know of any free c++ to c preprocessors. You do?

Sure I can rewrite _all_ the code. Kinda misses the point I feel.
What c functionality is disabled by g++?
I can think of: case ranges, nested functions & labelled initialisers.
Nothing that's used by the kernel yet.
