Filesystem busy detection

See earlier mail: it hasn't yet arrived here, and I don't have a copy.
Basically, issue was that sometimes, during shutdown the final umount fails
with device busy. Is this a known issue with knfsd? I'm not sure whether
filesystems from which I'm not exporting nfs also have this problem.
