modutils that is compatible with 2.0.x/2.2.x?

Is there yet a modutils that is compatible and fully functional
with both kernel flavours? I'm having to dual boot my system too
much and uninstall/reinstall 2 different modutils packages, etc..

Just point me to an RPM please.
