2.2.6ac1 kernel oops whoops

Whoops, sorry about the redundant mail. The send key is mightier than
something or other.

I have been experiencing oopses in the block handling from about
2.2.0-pre4 on up. Also spontaneous reboots and complete lockups.
2.2.0-pre3 and lower do not exhibit this behaviour. One almost sure
fire way to cause this is to have large transfers going on. The system
is hand rolled, libc5, p200 smp, buslogic scsi, etc. .config and dmesg
output included at tail of message.

-----
grouchy:/usr/src/linux/scripts/ksymoops# ./ksymoops < oops.txt
Options used: -V (default)
-o /lib/modules/2.2.6-ac1/ (default)
-k /proc/ksyms (default)
-l /proc/modules (default)
-m /usr/src/linux/System.map (default)
-c 1 (default)
-a - same as ksymoops (default)

You did not tell me where to find symbol information. I will assume
that the log matches the kernel and modules that are running right now
and I'll use the default options above for symbol resolution.
If the current kernel and/or modules do not match the log, you can get
more accurate output by telling me the kernel version and where to find
map, modules, ksyms etc. ksymoops -h explains the options.

No modules in ksyms, skipping objects
