US Robotics PCI 56K Modem

Does anyone know if this modem is a winmodem? If not, is anyone preparing
a driver for it? My brother-in-law has this modem and he's a linux newbie
wanting to use the modem that works fine under Win98. Under Win98, it
claims to be on COM2, but there is no physical COM2.
