SB 16 4.13 and Full Duplex

Is there support for full duplex operation for this card?
If I send the SNDCTL_DSP_SETDUPLEX ioctl it works, but if I send the
DSP_CAP_DUPLEX ioctl it returns -1. Any ideas?
