kernel 2.2.5ac3 oops and '*** tcp.c:tcp_data bug acked < copied'

Hi,

I have a server running 2.2.5ac3 cuurently a mail+web server.
Yesterday I checked the logs (to find the oops) and I saw three TCP errors.
Here's the oops:

After this nearly all processes were stuck in 'D' state and I was forced to
reboot. I've tested kernels on this computer since 2.1.1xx and nothing
like this happend.
