Informed sources have confirmed that William Gates, a well-known
Linux advocate and CEO of Microsoft Corporation, has agreed to
handle the continuing development of Linux in the absence of
Linux's creator, Linus Torvaldes. Linus is expected to begin
development of a competitive operating system in Russia, starting
in June of this year.
