V4L bttv buglet

There is a slight problem with the bttv driver that comes with the 2.2
linux kernel in that BTTV_MAX_FBUF is too small.

It is set to 0x190000, while a full PAL-frame in 32 bits is a whopping
0x1B0000 bytes.

Try for example to put xawtv in "grabdisplay" mode at full size on a
32 bpp X-server...
