37-e3 means PIO4/dma2 is setup for /dev/hda.
30-c0 means slow timings for /dev/hdc.
bb means PIO4/dma2 is setup for /dev/hdb and /dev/hdd.

The 09 means /dev/hda and /dev/hdd also have UDMA enabled.
The 02-20 means they both have UDMA mode2 selected,
which is the fastest mode.

Looks fine here.
